To open a regular trading account at Finance House Securities, you must have investor numbers at UAE financial markets. If you do not have the investor numbers, please fill the following applications that can be found under “Form & Applications” on our website main page

  • Investor Number Application Form
  • Investor Data Entry Application
  • Investor Signature Form

The previous documents are to be submitted to us along with the following:

Documents required:

For Individuals:

  • Copy of passport and family book extract (for UAE citizens)
  • Copy of one of the following documents: Driver’s License, ID card, or Labor Card (for non-UAE citizens)
  • Passport copy of the Proxy/Authorized Signatory/Guardian
  • Copy of power of attorney attested by official authorities in the UAE (in case of proxy/guardianship).

For Companies:

  • Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (if any)
  • Copy of the Commercial License and Chamber of Commerce Membership
  • Letter from the Company indicating the authorized signatory(ies) and those authorized to issue sale and purchase orders
  • Copy(ies) of passport(s) of the person authorized to sign and of those authorized to issue orders

Once the investor numbers are initiated and for the purpose of opening the account at Finance House Securities, please fill out the following:

Once completed, visit our nearest branch to submit the applications, along with the documents requested previously. You may also contact us and one of our customer service representatives will assist you shortly.

To open an online trading account at Finance House Securities, please provide the following:

Documents Required

For Individuals:

If you already have signed and opened a Regular Trading Account at Finance House Securities, please only fill the E-Trade Account Opening form.

Once completed, visit our nearest branch to submit the applications, along with the documents requested previously. You may also contact us and one of our customer service representatives will assist you shortly.

To open a Margin Trading Account at Finance House Securities, please provide the following:

Documents Required

For Individuals:

  • Copy of passport and family book extract (for UAE citizens)
  • Copy of one of the following documents: Driver’s License, ID card, or Labor Card (for non-UAE citizens)
  • Passport copy of the Proxy/Authorized Signatory/Guardian
  • Copy of power of attorney attested by official authorities in the UAE (in case of proxy/guardianship).

For Companies:

  • Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association (if any)
  • Copy of the Commercial License and Chamber of Commerce Membership

Once completed, visit our nearest branch to submit the applications, along with the documents requested previously. You may also contact us and one of our customer service representatives will assist you shortly.

There are no fees to be paid neither for opening a regular trading account nor for opening an on-line trading account.

There is no minimum amount to be deposited once the account is opened. However, you must insure having sufficient credit in your account with Finance House Securities before any buying trades.

If you forgot your password, simply click on the “forgot password” button located on the e-trade page or the login page. A new password will be generated and sent to the e-mail you initially provided when the account was opened.

To withdraw an amount from your account or request a check, you can either call our accounting department in person (contact details are on the “contact us” section), or from your e-trade system; you can request a check by downloading the withdrawal form, fill and fax it to us.
